Abstract
|
In this paper, a numerical scheme is proposed to obtain an approximate solution of fractional delay differential equation of pantograph type. The method is based on shifted Legendre polynomials. Pantograph operator matrix based on shifted Legendre polynomials is deduced. This approach reduces the problem to a set of algebraic equations. Numerical experiment is given to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the method.
