Abstract
|
This article presents a numerical study on the behavior of the FM73 adhesive used in the repair of the 7075T6 Aluminum structure with a circular notch and crack damaged and repaired by a boron / epoxy bonded composite patch. The finite element model is used to calculate Von Mises stress, both in the patch and the plate, and the shear stress in the adhesive as a function of the propagation of cracks in the plate. For this basis, we made the same comparison between uniaxial and biaxial in fatigue of (Jérémie Rupil 2013) but between static charges on the behavior of our structure. We wanted to know if this comparison can be valid for each part of our model (plate-patch-adhesive) and check the results obtained compared to the experimental results of comparison of Same loads but in fatigue realized by (Jérémie Rupil 2013).
