Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is used in many industries because of its special mechanical, thermal, and physical properties. Improving this polymer's thermal stability, and surviving its mechanical properties at a higher temperature, are important. Nowadays, researchers are going to enhance these properties using nanotechnology. In this paper, the thermal stability of ABS was improved by incorporating 5 wt% organoclay (Cloisite 30B). The Thermogravitmic analysis (TGA) showed a 2 wt% decrease in residual mass at 600 °C, a increasein the initiation temperature, and an increase in the final degradation temperature.
