Abstract
|
FeCoV alloy 1J22 rings made of 0.1mm laminations are used in this paper to study the influence of different stacking and sticking methods on the iron loss of 1J22 laminates. Two stacking processes, namely the vacuum pressure impregnating (VPI) and adhesive varnish spraying and lamination process (AVSLP), are compared. Experiment results show that AVSLP can provide better insulation condition between laminations and is a better method in low loss 1J22 laminates production thanVPI.
