To mitigate the impact of multi-path fading channels on the convergence of objects controlled by iterative learning strategies, this paper proposes an estimator to obtain the input sent by controllers, but not to design new iterative learning strategies. First, a controller adopting proportional learning strategies is considered, while taking into account the Rice fading channel model to describe the input and output received through multi-path fading channels. Secondly, utilizing the known learning strategy and two data receiving processes, the initial problem is converted into an estimation model. Finally, the estimator is created according to the orthogonality projection principle. Driving objects with the estimated input, significant improvements in tracking performance are achieved. Simulation results confirm the efficacy of the proposed estimator.
