Abstract

This paper proposed a smart system to improve e-business technologies by managing potential risks. It depends on indications of social media platforms. Besides, it employees big data analysis techniques such as classification with natural language processing. This system will help firms and developers in building effective e-business technologies. In addition, we develop a math-ematical model for the suggested system as well as some essential formulas for risk analysis, risk identification and risk evaluation are driven in explicit form. Moreover, a case study on amazon Canada is provided to manage risks in their tweets. Furthermore, different performance measures are calculated to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
