As the rapid expansion of residential building construction and the increasing different design options, the process by which flat buyers select an apartment suitable for residential use has grown significantly more difficult. According to the findings of the research, a suitable apartment has the capacity to satisfy the requirements of the client. Eight criteria, including the client's need, the details of the flat, the infrastructure facility, the amenities in the neighborhood, the public utility services, environmentally friendly systems, the maintenance charges, and other facilities, have been taken into consideration for the possibility of finding an appropriate flat. It is difficult to make a decision on whether or not an apartment is appropriate when taking into account a number of different factors. As a result of this, an effort has been made to design a fuzzy approach for selecting the suitable flat. In order to accomplish the goals of this investigation, a variety of other variables about the selection of a suitable apartment were taken into consideration. AFPI evaluation model that makes use of the Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision-Making technique has been built as part of the current research. Using this model determines whether flats are an appropriate housing option.
